Amalia Angellinni Lovefool, Book review by Katarzyna Kowalewska
Love is all we need. Moreover, love shows mostly when we don't expect it, love surprises us. It causes a revolution in our hearts and in our – apparently – ordered world. Nothing is and nothing will be the same any more, when fates of people, who are destined to meet, cross one day. It is even more dramatical, when people are young like the main characters from the book “Lovefool” – Mia, Julian and Sebastian. Every one of them is special in a different way - you will learn them in the book :) - and every one of them has a bag of experience – not only positive ones. Therefore, they don't lose their optimism and joy of life.
Magnificence of the history is guaranteed not only because of its story. Additionally, the action takes place mostly in Warsaw, Polish capitol, which is a specific thank from Italian author to her beloved grandpa. Pictured landscape of places and relationships of daily routine of average Poles are surely a great added value of this book.
Will the main characters meet in Poland a great love, which makes lovefools out of them like the book title say? I won't blow the secret. Therefore, everyone of us dreams about such an ideal feeling from the bottom of our heart and you will definitely find a trace of it among all in this book - „Lovefool”.

Amalia Angellinni Lovefool, book review by Rita Beger
„I ordered it and I read it. Rather to act out of spite, because I couldn't believe that it could be something similar to Twilight and still something different. And Amalia managed to create something what I wasn't expecting. I ordered it and I couldn't stop reading until I finished.“
These words come from one of first persons who read the new lovestory ‚Lovefool’ by Amalia Angellinni. This story is on sale from 06th October 2009 as E-Book. Sample chapters you can read on :: scholar-online.eu. Project Scholar Europe supports young Italian book author who created something impressive with her first book. Her story has some similarities with well-known fantasy elements like vampires, superheroes and co, but here you will find something new and specific.
The story is about three young characters Mia, Sebastian and Julian. Everyone of them is special. Everyone of them has own impressions, problems and dreams. This book deals with current, real problems of young people who discover love and who have to deal with reality. That is the reason why this book is so deep and no superficial display like other teenager stories.
The profound thoughts attracts reader's attention and forces you unwillingly to focus on the story. You are on the wave of emotions with characters and you feel it. Every now an then, some details come up to surface and flabbergast you. It is written so well that you have a feeling it is a real world and not a story. The only point when you might think shyly that you are in a fantasy world is one of characters: Julian. He is no human being. “What are you” - Julian is asked in the book. Let the answer surprise you. And even if you will already know the answer, you will ask yourself: „Is it all just fantasy or is it indeed for real?”
Single fates meet each other. As different as they might be, as connected they are with each other. The story begins mysterious and has a surprisingly end. Let yourself surprise by it.
This book is written in English, very easy to read. The style is simple, but unbribable, awesome. You will put this book first then aside, when you finish reading the page 317.
You can buy this book directly at :: scholar-online.eu, :: amazon.co.uk or :: bezkartek.pl. Bio of the author you will finde at :: scholar-online.eu.

Amalia Angellinni Lovefool, book review by :: Anka_85
I ordered it and I read it. Rather to act out of spite, because I couldn't believe that it could be something similar to Twilight and still something different. And Amalia managed to create something what I wasn't expecting. I ordered it and I couldn't stop reading until I finished. I sat one night and a day. Sometimes it was good to have a dictionary close at hand. The gamble paid off.
Mostly, I have to say that the story keeps breathless suspense and forces to read it quickly. It is not easy to stop reading. It shows that love is no simple thing and there are bounds of heart, uncertainness, doubts, sorrows and care. The English language – even if it is a foreign language for me – is easy to understand and main characters are described very good. Mia is very strong, she is even stronger than she thinks. Sebastian is just cute with his charm. Julian is the one who catches attention – not only of other characters in the story, but the reader's attention. I felt in love with him from the first moment I read about him! It's not about his car (original Ford Mustang, what a fancy car!), but his sapphire-like eyes and his uncertainness although his certainty. Scenes with him were written so fluently that I had sometimes a feeling that Julian is as real as a warm cup of tea in my hands.
Is Lovefool another romance? No, definitely not. Lovefool had a deeper sense and I am still impressed by the concept of it. How could such a young person give such a brilliant explanation for the sense of life? I don't know, but the explanation of Amalia is simply, logic and coincides with what normal people think is important and good.
How is Lovefool? I think it is even better than already mentioned Twilight. I wait for the continuation, because I think it will be even better and more dramatic than the first part. Therefore, don't think that Lovefool has a lack of action or moments of surprise! I got sometimes goosepimples and I am no coward! What I missed in books of Stephanie Meyer, I found here: doubts and variety of emotions and moments of surprise until the end. The main characters and relations between them seem to be predictable, but I wasn't sure up to the end how the story ends. And the end is one big surprise! I keep my fingers crossed for Amalia and I wait for the second part! Impatient!
Until then, I will read that book at least once more, because I found many interesting associations and thoughts there, and of course Julian.
